Select menu command Data-Get Data.
Click the More >> button. The More >> and <<Less buttons expose (hide) the advanced check boxes and drop-down lists at the bottom of the dialog.
If the checkbox is checked under one of the node trees, checkboxes appear next to all the node names. You may select nodes multiple nodes from different branches of the tree and from any hierarchical tree level.
If you have one or more resource nodes selected and click the Autoselect button under the project tree, the dialog will automatically check the project Multi-Select checkbox and check all project nodes that have demand for resources in the selected node(s).
The same thing happens in the resource tree if you have project nodes selected and click the resource Autoselect button.
Templates Only (Checkbox)
If you want to modify previously saved templates without the distraction of seeing all projects and assignments, click the templates only checkbox. The templates associated with the selected project node will be downloaded.
