Customizing Views and Reports

Views are definitions of the columns (fields) to display on the Project-Program and Resource Data sheets. A view defined for Project Data automatically applies to Program Data as well.

Reports provide a method for extracting columns from a data sheet in a specified right to left order and putting the output in a standard MS Excel file. Multiple such reports can be exported at once to a single MS Excel workbook.
