New Feature Highlight: Select Candidates
One of the highlights of ResourceFirst is the single click approach to finding replacements for skill assignments or resource assignments with shortfall. Just select the candidates button from any unresolved assignment and you receive a list of people on your team that can meet the need based on skill set and remaining availability. If needed, you can expand your search to include candidates outside your team, candidates with alternative skills and candidates who fit all the necessary criteria but may not be available at-the-moment. Multiple assignments may also be selected to resolve a single need. Learn more about effort forecasting and the select candidate functions at CSS: Effort Forecasting
FAQ: What are PDWare Financials?
The PDWare support line receives a ton of questions about PDWare Financials. Currently ResourceFirst has some great views and dashboards for managing project financials, but if you are developing an operating plan or managing the P&L for your division, then you should look into what the PDWare desktop client has to offer. Recently some new videos have been loaded into the PDWare Customer Success System that collectively provide a nice overview of the feature set. You can access them at CSS: Financials. Please send any feedback or questions to email@example.com
