For support, email firstname.lastname@example.org. This submits a ticket to our Customer Support System. If the matter is urgent (e.g., a major area of the system is down), specify URGENT in the email header, which will notify PDWare management. Note: After your first ticket, you will get an email confirmation with a link to create an account to see your tickets.You will receive an email with all changes to your tickets in case you prefer not to log in.
